房間服務都不錯，唯獨給了衞生2分是因為入住後不久衹在OneNature吃了一頓午餐，前一天在四季也沒吃什麼奇怪的東西，到OneNature時還健健康康，午飯後不久有點噁心，晚餐噁心的什麼都吃不下，晚上8點左右嘔吐，深夜就是一直坐在廁所裏的來來回回… 明顯****。。 第二天酒店醫生給了我止瀉葯物，怕我晚上會發燒給了三片退燒葯。OneNature的整兩天什麼都沒做就躺床上和奔走廁所了😂 可能是我倒黴吧🤷 這3W一晚花的我真是無奈…

The property is stunningly beautiful, rich with wildlife and breath taking views in every direction. It's unfair to call the rooms tents as they are fully built out ultra luxury villas complete with hardwood flooring, copper tubs and every amenity you would expect at a 5-star property. However, what separates One Nature is the incredible staff. Our butler and housekeeper, Emmie and Johnson, were more like personal assists who were with us every step of the way. They went above and beyond to plan individually curated dining experiences each night, never missing a detail along the way. Our driver, Gilbert, was extremely knowledgeable, fun and always ready for an adventure. It was a joy spending each day with him. The property GM and assistant manager, Zuli, were phenomenal hosts. One Nature is next-level luxury in every way imaginable; truly one of the finest resorts in the world.

Staying at One Nature felt like stepping into a different era, where every detail evoked a sense of timeless elegance. The main lounge and bar was mesmerizing, transporting us into what felt like a movie set. The service was impeccable, sophisticated yet incredibly warm, making us feel genuinely welcomed. Manager Steve was a standout, always attentive and responsive to our needs. From the outside, the tent seemed quite ordinary with its charming crowns, but once we stepped inside, we were blown away by the luxurious interior. Every amenity screamed luxury, from the incredibly comfortable, massive bed to the exquisite indoor shower and bathtub that were perfect for chilly evenings. The outdoor shower in the morning, with its stunning view over the savannah, was a memorable and invigorating experience. The food was another highlight of our stay. With a plethora of choices and a menu that changed daily, every meal was a culinary delight. Despite visiting during the high season, our guide Jose skillfully navigated us away from the crowds in the Serengeti, ensuring a serene and personalized safari experience. The open four seater safari car was super comfortable and added an extra thrill as we got up close with the wild animals. One Nature Nyaruswiga truly made us feel at home. The warmth of the staff, the exceptional service, and the luxurious accommodations exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return and share this extraordinary experience with our friends.

excellent lodge- luxury tent. staff and service are impeccable. food is outstanding and chef Philip runs quite a kitchen- served beautifully and great attention to induvial dietary needs. frank- our butler was so attentive and eager to help with any and all requests. he was extremely pleasant and we hated to leave him behind! our guide, alex, was wonderful. he made the Serengeti come alive and the general manager herry, was kind and very helpful with every detail.

We stayed at 6 camps - this one was the Fanciest!! We can't imagine staying at a better place. The people could not have been nicer. Our Manager, Zulii, seem to be any where we were and everyone at once! Out Butler (yes, we had a Butler), Frankie, could not have given us any more attention or service - he was GREAT!. The rooms were Spectacular! Fireplace with a tub in front of it (and a view). Large bathroom and outdoor shower. All the rooms were recently updated. The dining room had chandeliers, Crystal glasses and linen!! Joseph was the BEST bartender - from my morning complicated coffee drink I requested to anything I wanted at night!! The food was the best we had. Sitting out at night we actually saw giraffes run by! And Joe, our guide, was Great. Really made our days out awesome.

The best tented camp in the Serengeti. The exquisite attention to detail is amazing. The attention you get from the staff...GM Herry downwards is fantastic......and quite embarrassing. The chef is fantastic....her food in the middle of the Serengeti....exceptional! This is a 'must go' if you go to Central Serengeti
